Important Disclaimers:

• We do not develop, own, or control any LLMs; we integrate with third-party providers
• We cannot guarantee the accuracy, reliability, completeness, or timeliness of outputs generated by LLMs
• The Platform is designed for informational and research purposes and should not be treated as professional advice
• Results may vary based on data quality, model limitations, and other factors beyond our control

You are solely responsible for:

• The accuracy, legality, and ownership of all data You upload, input, or process through the Platform
• Ensuring You have proper authorization to use and process any data
• Complying with all applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards
• Maintaining appropriate data security and access controls
• Verifying the accuracy of AI-generated outputs before making business decisions

You must not upload, share, or process any content that:

• Violates any laws, regulations, or third-party rights

User Content:

Generated Content:

• You own the outputs generated through the Platform using Your data
• However, similar outputs may be generated for other users using similar inputs
• AI-generated content may not be eligible for copyright protection in some jurisdictions

Subscription Plans:

• Current plans and pricing are available on our website and may be updated from time to time
• Subscriptions include specified features, usage limits, and support levels
• Free trial periods may be offered with certain limitations

Payment Terms:

• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled prior to the renewal date
• Payments are processed through secure third-party payment processors
• All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes, which You are responsible for

User Acknowledgment:
